Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing systems and interfaces.
- Design and implement hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum hardware.
- Lead the technical roadmap for quantum integration into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for quantum error mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into quantum solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, qubit states, and quantum error correction.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure Quantum).
- Experience in leading high-performance technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
