Job Description
We are at the precipice of a technological singularity. As a leader in the 2026 tech landscape, FutureScale Inc. is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum-Neural Systems Architect to bridge the gap between classical machine learning and post-silicon computing paradigms. You will be responsible for designing the foundational architectures that will power the next generation of sentient AI assistants and autonomous decision-making systems.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will define the standard for interoperability between quantum processors and neural networks. If you are passionate about the future of computing and want to leave a legacy in the post-silicon era, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Neural Pipelines: Design and implement scalable frameworks that integrate quantum gate operations with deep learning inference layers.
- Optimize Entanglement Protocols: Develop algorithms that maximize data throughput between quantum cores and neural accelerators.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on error correction in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments.
- Model Validation: Rigorously test and validate model performance against 2026 benchmarks for efficiency and latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior quantum engineers and data scientists in best practices for hybrid computing architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all quantum encryption methods align with future global data sovereignty standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Information Theory.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, Cirq, or PyTorch Quantum.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale neural datasets.
- Future-Proofing: Deep understanding of emerging trends in neuromorphic engineering and bio-computing interfaces.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex quantum mechanics concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
