Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable quantum circuits and algorithms using industry-standard frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq.
- Hardware-Software Co-Design: Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize qubit coherence times and minimize error rates.
- Research & Development: Conduct rigorous research on quantum error mitigation, noise suppression, and quantum supremacy.
- Algorithm Optimization: Translate classical machine learning problems into quantum algorithms to achieve exponential speedups.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and lead internal workshops on quantum advantage applications.
- Publication: Author and publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals and conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in quantum computing, quantum chemistry, or quantum information theory.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and linear algebra; familiarity with cloud-based quantum simulators (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Google Cirq).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of quantum gates, superposition, entanglement, and quantum Fourier transform.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exploring the unknown.
