Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance and healthcare
- Optimize quantum circuits for error mitigation on superconducting and photonic processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into functional quantum systems
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Drive innovation in hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publish record in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Familiarity with quantum hardware constraints (gate fidelity, decoherence times)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
