Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for commercial quantum applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum algorithm optimization for 2026 use cases
- Secure and manage quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
