Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum algorithm optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for machine learning and cryptography
- Secure $15M+ in government grants for quantum supremacy projects
- Mentor a team of 12 quantum engineers and PhD researchers
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years industry experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and topological qubit manipulation
