Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using topological qubit systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptographic applications in post-quantum security
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and quantum interconnects
- Present research findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
