Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures optimized for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead the research and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex data analysis.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, software engineers, and security experts.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Translate complex theoretical physics concepts into deployable software modules.
- Ensure the security and integrity of quantum encryption protocols for Project 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing development or advanced algorithm design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Cloud).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading technical projects to completion.
