Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize quantum algorithms for complex AI model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum capabilities into existing AI pipelines.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to advance the state of the art in quantum machine learning.
- Prototype and validate quantum hardware interfaces using Python and C++.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical vision of the 2026 roadmap.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a strong focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with specific experience in quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, arXiv).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and R.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
