Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum machine learning (QML) models to solve complex real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms to enhance neural network efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware-software integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide research interns in advanced quantum computing techniques.
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production code.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq, Rigetti).
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application in computing.
