Responsibilities
- Algorithm Development: Design and implement advanced quantum algorithms tailored for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography tasks.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processors with classical AI frameworks to create hybrid computational models.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on error correction and quantum coherence in AI models.
- Prototype Engineering: Build scalable prototypes of quantum AI systems capable of running on near-term quantum hardware (NISQ).
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists in quantum computing methodologies.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the company's quantum AI capabilities over the next 3-5 years.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex computational problems with innovative approaches.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
