Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms integrated with deep learning models to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry standards in quantum supremacy and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Optimize quantum circuit performance and reduce error rates in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments.
- Establish best practices for quantum software development, including coding standards, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in quantum computing or AI/ML research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, neural networks, and their application to quantum state preparation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their quantum computing services.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
