- R&D Leadership: Conduct advanced research into post-quantum cryptography and quantum error correction methodologies.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in adopting quantum-first development methodologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on quantum mechanics or artificial intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; deep understanding of linear algebra and probability theory.
