Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and optimize quantum machine learning algorithms tailored for near-term quantum hardware (NISQ devices) and future fault-tolerant systems.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between classical AI architectures and quantum processing units, ensuring seamless data flow and computational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives and collaborate with external academic partners to explore theoretical limits of quantum entanglement in neural networks.
- Hardware-Co-Design: Work closely with hardware engineers to develop quantum software stacks that maximize the potential of our proprietary quantum processors.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Deployment & Scaling: Oversee the deployment of quantum AI models into production environments, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing (using frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing research papers or leading innovative projects in the field of quantum information science.
