The Role:
You will lead a cross-functional team of physicists and software engineers to develop scalable quantum machine learning models. Your work will directly influence how enterprises process data in the post-silicon era.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance quantum algorithms for 2026-era workload requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize software for next-generation quantum processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
- Translate complex physics concepts into robust, production-ready software solutions.
- Conduct research into neuromorphic computing and its integration with quantum frameworks.
- Define technical roadmaps for the company's AI division.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
