Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the full project lifecycle for the 2026 strategic roadmap, from concept through to final delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to align resources and remove blockers.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, budget, and timeline.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools to improve team efficiency and output quality.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically manage team capacity and allocate resources to maximize impact across key 2026 deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to hybridize these approaches for complex projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management software, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: A track record of mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
