Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of the Project 2026 migration, ensuring milestones are met with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to integrate legacy systems with next-gen AI frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with high-scale data migration and storage solutions.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating complex technical requirements into clear business value for C-suite executives.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure the security and compliance of the new infrastructure.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management or Engineering Leadership within the Tech/Logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex infrastructure rollouts.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with AI integration, Machine Learning pipelines, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
