Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with high-level business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices architecture and high-availability distributed systems.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to integrate AI-driven solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous architectural assessments and code reviews to ensure security, performance, and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud-native technologies and DevOps methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a deep understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
