- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 vision, securing buy-in from executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Agile Execution: Lead cross-functional squads in an Agile environment, ensuring delivery of high-quality products that exceed user expectations.
- Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and success metrics for the 2026 product suite, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to keep the 2026 roadmap relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in high-growth tech environments or strategic planning roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of managing multi-year product lifecycles and envisioning long-term product roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and emerging tech stacks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
