Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Product Roadmap, prioritizing features that drive maximum value and user adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality releases on time and within budget.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends for the 2026 timeframe.
- Own the Product Requirements Document (PRD) and ensure clear communication of the vision to all stakeholders.
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a successful launch.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading major product launches or strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience managing products through the entire lifecycle, from concept to post-launch analysis.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
