Responsibilities

- Define and evolve our core design system, ensuring scalability and accessibility for global audiences.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate concepts before implementation.
- Craft high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups that demonstrate the future capabilities of our AI-driven platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to translate vision into production-ready code.
- Advocate for the user voice in every meeting, ensuring our solutions solve real-world problems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping and auto-layout capabilities.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems (e.g., Material Design, Atlassian Design).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
