Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily IT infrastructure and operational workflows during weekend shifts.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the onsite Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct routine security audits, system backups, and software updates to maintain optimal performance.
- Document technical procedures and operational logs for future reference and compliance.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Respond to high-priority tickets and escalations during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, operations, or system administration.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekends and holidays on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
