We are a leader in data center management and cloud connectivity. As a Weekend Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining our 99.99% uptime SLA. You will manage complex network configurations, troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues, and ensure seamless transitions between weekend and weekday operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the enterprise-wide network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
- Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and proactively resolve latency issues to ensure optimal uptime.
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows, firmware upgrades, and patch management during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software network failures with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the weekday engineering team to document changes, configurations, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, including VPN access and firewall rule management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with weekend shift experience.
- Valid Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent advanced certification.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP) and routing architectures.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
