Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy Models: Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow to solve complex business problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, conducting research to integrate cutting-edge techniques (e.g., Generative AI, NLP) into our products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous A/B testing frameworks and monitoring systems to track model performance in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
