Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable state-of-the-art neural networks and transformer models.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, ensuring high availability and real-time inference.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP and multimodal learning to drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, GPU optimization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping high-impact products.
- Strong background in Reinforcement Learning or Generative Adversarial Networks is a major plus.
