Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and drive feature innovation.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved speed and accuracy in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of model performance to ensure reliability and prevent drift.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and industry trends to integrate novel techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar data science role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience deploying models via REST APIs and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
