Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Optimization: Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and throughput using advanced optimization techniques.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production machine learning systems.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Math: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
