Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Research and implement novel deep learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Optimize models for speed, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and apply it to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
