Responsibilities

- Conduct rigorous research to implement state-of-the-art algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models that directly impact business KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
