We are seeking a visionary Senior Lead Architect to spearhead the technical direction of our upcoming flagship initiative, Project 2026. This role is critical in defining the blueprint for next-generation autonomous systems and scalable AI infrastructure.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex research and production-ready engineering, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact features.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization in a cloud-native environment.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical due diligence for new feature integrations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
