Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews for senior engineers, ensuring code quality, security best practices, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between product management, engineering, and C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement architectural improvements to ensure 99.99% uptime and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the engineering squad.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous technical assessments and risk analysis to foresee potential architectural failures and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Project 2026 Experience: Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure migrations or futuristic tech integration is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
