Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects related to stadium infrastructure, digital ticketing, and fan engagement platforms.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard event data and fan privacy during high-traffic periods.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-stakes operational environments.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and deliver value incrementally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects (minimum 7+ years) within a high-stakes environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
