Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of scalable Generative AI architectures targeting deployment in 2026.
- Define and execute a long-term technical roadmap for LLM optimization and alignment.

- Stay ahead of global AI regulatory trends and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR).
- Experience with MLOps, model serving, and high-performance computing infrastructure.
