Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale NLP models.
- Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory efficiency for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product engineers to fine-tune models for specific use cases.
- Ensure robust data governance and security protocols are met for proprietary training data.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and tokenization strategies.
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
