Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) on proprietary datasets.
- Architect robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous learning systems.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar model orchestration tools.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5) and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying models in production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
