Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design and implement scalable generative AI architectures, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and custom model training strategies.
- Optimize Inference: Engineer high-performance inference systems to ensure low-latency, high-throughput AI responses for production applications.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage across all deployed models.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features and products.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings into our development lifecycle, focusing on 2026 readiness.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Generative AI, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Mathematical Fluency: Deep knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
