Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable Generative AI pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps workflows.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience deploying models to production environments using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
