Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architect scalable inference pipelines and optimize model latency and throughput.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI agents into consumer-facing applications.
- Evaluate model performance against ethical guidelines and safety benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our open-source AI library.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
