Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team in best practices for AI/ML.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time production environments.
- Research and prototype novel AI techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
