Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen LLMs: Design and implement scalable Large Language Models optimized for the evolving compute landscape of 2026.
- Inference Optimization: Develop high-performance inference pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Research & Development: Lead internal research initiatives into multi-modal AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous decision-making agents.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Establish robust safety guardrails and alignment protocols to ensure responsible deployment of Generative AI technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the engineering culture at Aether Dynamics.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and transformer architectures.
- Experience: Proven track record of fine-tuning foundation models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and deploying them to production environments.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for high-performance computing tasks.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous, high-level challenges and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
