Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product features.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI research division.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering impactful AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative agile environment.
