Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines using modern frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases, ensuring high throughput and low latency in production environments.
- RAG & Agents: Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and autonomous AI agents.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research from top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into our product roadmap.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment and mitigate bias.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning methodologies (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex model architectures and optimize for edge cases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
