Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art generative models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and optimize deep learning architectures, including transformers, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning pipelines.
- Optimize Performance: Reduce inference latency and memory footprint while maximizing output quality for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate on Product Integration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into user-facing products seamlessly.
- Mentor & Innovate: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and pushing the boundaries of AI research.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver production-ready, robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
