Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to deploy and manage models in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research (e.g., Diffusion Models, RAG, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and implement novel techniques.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Model Deployment: Experience with model serving platforms (TensorFlow Serving, TGI, Sagemaker) and model versioning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
