Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI models and LLM-based agents tailored for complex enterprise workflows.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI paradigms, including diffusion models and multi-modal learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and B2B products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and bias mitigation in model training and deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
