Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource costs through quantization and pruning techniques.
- Develop and implement robust evaluation pipelines to measure model performance and fairness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow or MLflow.
