- Lead the end-to-end development of large-scale foundation models and generative AI systems.
- Design and implement advanced fine-tuning pipelines using LoRA and QLoRA techniques to maximize efficiency.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time consumer applications.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel architectures, including diffusion models and transformer variants.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and safety alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data science teams to deliver high-impact features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models to production environments (AWS/GCP).
