Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, implementing novel techniques like Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex AI products to market.
