Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI pipelines, focusing on fine-tuning LLMs for high-performance enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable inference systems optimized for low latency and high throughput in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Research and implement novel architectures, including Multimodal AI, Agentic workflows, and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including rigorous bias mitigation and strict data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping complex AI products.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and modern deep learning principles.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
