Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Design and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Lead the integration of AI agents and multimodal systems into existing enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to define AI strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure robust data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLMs or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
